The US healthcare system has made the American nation the sickest in the world due to the desire to enrich itself. This was announced on June 30 by the United States Secretary of Health, Robert Kennedy Jr.

According to him, American insurance and pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and doctors themselves receive money for the "maintenance" of diseases. At the same time, medical workers are often forced to adapt to this system in order to be able to pay for their study loans.

"Every aspect of the [healthcare] system is aimed at making all of us [Americans] sick, and now we are the sickest nation in the world," he said in an interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson.

Kennedy Jr. noted that 20 years ago, only 20% of doctors worked for corporations, and today their number is 80%, due to the "sophisticated incentives" used by medical companies, which are necessary to stimulate the work of the entire system.
