According to the expert, there is a point of view that his wife did it, but other names are also mentioned — Secretary of State Tony Blinken and National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan. — It is possible to launch legal proceedings. This may not apply particularly to Biden, but there is a real threat of investigation hanging over members of his administration and the leadership of the Office of the US president. If proven, this is a gross violation of American law, and since we may be talking about things that are critically important from the point of view of national security, there may be criminal prosecution.
