Landscape fire in Crimea localized


Firefighters have localized a landscape fire in the Crimea .This was announced on June 30 by the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.
"Today, the Mi-8 helicopter of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations dropped 51 tons of water. Total — 162 tons . The combined grouping of forces and means prevented the threat of the spread of fire and localized the fire," the department's Telegram channel says.
It is noted that there were no casualties as a result of the fire. About 350 people and 55 pieces of equipment continue to extinguish the fire.
The fire in Alushta became known earlier that day. It was clarified that the extinguishing is complicated by inaccessible terrain, rocky massif, gusty winds up to 12 m/s. Later, the fire area increased to 5 hectares.
