A criminal case has been opened in Chelyabinsk over the shooting of two men.


On June 24, two men were injured by shooting from traumatic weapons in the city of Chelyabinsk, as a result of which a criminal case was opened. This was announced on June 29 by the Main Directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Chelyabinsk region in its Telegram channel.
"The police arrived, after interviewing witnesses and eyewitnesses, they established that unknown persons, using traumatic weapons, had harmed the health of two local residents born in 2000. <...> Soon the wanted car [Lada Granta] was detained, the driver of the vehicle born in 2001 was taken to the police department," the report said.
According to the agency, the victims received the necessary medical care.
All the circumstances of the incident are currently being established. The suspect was arrested. He is suspected of a crime under Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of minor harm to health").
Earlier, on June 26, the police detained two participants in the shooting in the Irkutsk region. A preventive measure was chosen for them in the form of detention for two months.
