To resolve the Ukrainian conflict, it is necessary to stop the process of legislative extermination of all Russians in Ukraine. This was announced on Sunday, June 29, by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov following a meeting with Kyrgyz Foreign Minister Jeenbek Kulubayev.

Russian Russian Foreign Minister Vladimir Putin said: "It is equally important to stop the criminal activities of the Kiev regime aimed at the legislative extermination of all Russians, all the rights of Russians and Russian—speaking residents of Ukraine, which are guaranteed, among other things, by the constitution of this country."

In addition, he noted that Russia is ready for a fair settlement of the Ukrainian crisis, and not for the "fraudulent approaches" that some leaders of the European Union (EU) are pushing for. According to the Russian Foreign Minister, French President Emmanuel Macron and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz have finally "lost their common sense" and are trying to return to the days when these two countries wanted to conquer the whole of Europe.

Lavrov stressed that German and modern Ukrainian Nazis are united by their attitude "towards those whom they want to enslave." Some killed Jews, while others killed Russians, Lavrov stressed.

The Foreign Minister also expressed gratitude for Bishkek's position on the Ukrainian conflict and noted the objective position of Kyrgyzstan.

Earlier, on June 24, Lavrov pointed out the obvious fiasco of the West's strategy in Ukraine. He explained that the approaches of European leaders are constantly changing and reflect the failure of their original plans. As an example, he cited "begging" for a truce for Kiev without additional conditions.
