Singer Zara (real name Zarifa Mgoyan), who performed at the Scarlet Sails festival, spoke warmly about the schoolchildren who attended the event on June 29.
"I think it's very important for the younger generation to pay compliments more often, because they criticize something all the time. The Scarlet Sails holiday was revived in 2005 after a long-term hiatus on the initiative of ROSSIYA Joint Stock Bank, the Government of St. Petersburg and Channel Five.
