One of the graduates of the Scarlet Sails festival, which started on June 28, attended the celebration in a medieval-style dress.
"I've always dreamed of joining the Scarlet Sails. And my sister was inspired by my zeal for this holiday and sewed me this dress. Because she is a seamstress. We were inspired by medieval concepts together. We really liked the idea of such a dress!" the girl shared.
According to her, the dress was created in just two to three months. The clothes are based on scarlet fabric, in honor of the graduation day.
The graduation celebration "Scarlet Sails – 2025" began on the evening of June 28 in the Northern Capital. Alexander Beglov, the Governor of St. Petersburg, delivered a welcoming speech. The concert of the holiday was opened by the band 5th MORNING. And the main event of the celebration will be a water and pyrotechnic show on the Neva River with the participation of the brig Rossiya.
The celebration ended on June 29 with the Russian national anthem. The event was attended by thousands of yesterday's schoolchildren.
The Scarlet Sails holiday was revived in 2005 after a long-term hiatus at the initiative of ROSSIYA Joint Stock Bank, the Government of St. Petersburg and Channel Five.
