A thunderstorm with strong wind gusts is expected in Moscow from June 29 to July 1. This was reported on June 28 in the press service of the capital's headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

"In the period from June 29 to July 1, rain, thunderstorms, and increased wind gusts of up to 17 m/s are expected," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.

It is noted that during this period it is better to avoid billboards and unstable structures, as well as park only in safe places.

The day before, Tatiana Pozdnyakova, a leading specialist at the Meteonosti news agency, reported that the weather in July in Moscow is expected to be without sustained heat. However, the air temperature will be close to normal — extreme cold is not worth waiting for. The forecaster noted that the June forecast was not justified, and the temperature in July is expected to be only slightly below the long-term average.
