Almost 800 Germans left the Middle East on special flights that were organized by the German government. This was announced on June 25 by the German Foreign Ministry on the social network X.

The ministry noted that 76 Germans left the Middle East after the announcement of the truce between Iran and Israel.

"The truce between Israel and Iran remains in place. Even if the situation calmed down, thanks to the Bundeswehr, 76 more Germans left the region as part of the exit assistance program. In total, we supported almost 800 Germans by organizing special flights," the German Foreign Ministry said.

Earlier, on June 24, US President Donald Trump announced the entry into force of an agreement related to a complete cease-fire between Israel and Iran. Later, the latter confirmed the truce.
