The weather is expected to worsen in the Moscow region until the evening of June 25. This was announced by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the region on Wednesday, June 25.

"Thunderstorms, increased winds with gusts of 15 m/s, short—term rain, and showers are expected in places in the Moscow Region until 21:00 on June 25," the Moscow City News agency quoted the message as saying.

Due to the worsening weather, the agency advised motorists to slow down and avoid sudden maneuvers. Pedestrians should avoid billboards and rickety structures, and avoid hiding under trees. In addition, it is recommended not to leave children unattended.
