One person died at the site of a rock collapse in the Khabarovsk Territory.

A rock collapse in the Solnechny district of the Khabarovsk Territory killed one person on June 23. This was announced on June 24 by the Main Directorate (GU) of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the region in its Telegram channel.

"Over the past day, one emergency situation has occurred in the region: a rock collapse at a mine in the Sunny district, one person was killed," the report said.

According to the Khabarovsk Territory Prosecutor's Office in its Telegram channel, as a result of the emergency, a 23-year-old student who was interning at Tin Ore Company JSC was overwhelmed.

According to the agency, the investigation of all the circumstances of the incident has now begun.
