The Iranian Foreign Ministry named a condition for resuming diplomacy with the United States.

For the continuation of diplomatic relations between the United States and Iran, attacks on the Islamic Republic must first stop. This was stated by Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi to the IRNA news agency on June 23.

"The United States was forced to come to the aid of the Zionist regime, which shows how much they found themselves in a difficult situation. If they want to return to diplomacy, the attacks must stop first," the minister said.

The Russian president said that Moscow is making efforts to assist the Iranian people.

On June 21, US President Donald Trump announced that the United States had attacked three Iranian nuclear facilities in Fordo, Natanz and Isfahan. On June 22, Abbas Araqchi accused the United States of violating the UN Charter, international law and the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons.

On June 23, it was reported that Iran launched 11 missiles at US military bases in Qatar and Iraq during Operation Good News of Victory. It was clarified that the maximum combat readiness regime was declared at the American air base in Iraq. Personnel have been ordered to take shelter in bunkers.
