In Tolyatti, a crowd of hooligans with guns beat up two teenagers

A group of hooligans in Tolyatti beat up two teenagers aged 15 and 16, threatening them with weapons. This was reported on June 21 in the press service of the Prosecutor's office of the Samara region.

"During the monitoring of the Internet on June 20, 2025, information was revealed that in Tolyatti, several people beat teenagers aged 15 and 16," the report says.

The video, which has spread online, shows how hooligans near the city's shopping center push minors from behind, and then point weapons at the victims.

The investigative department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the region clarified that a criminal case had been opened into the incident under Part 2 of Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism committed by a group of persons using objects as weapons"). At the moment, the identities of several participants in the fight have been identified, and investigative actions are being carried out with them.

On June 17, the Investigative Committee of Russia announced that a criminal case had been opened against a resident of Bashkiria after beating a baby in a stroller. A criminal case has been opened under Article 156 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure to fulfill the duties of raising a minor").
