The roof of an apartment building caught fire in the center of Israel as a result of shelling

A fire broke out on the roof of an apartment building in the center of Israel as a result of an Iranian rocket attack. This was reported on June 21 by The Times of Israel newspaper with reference to the national fire and rescue services.

"A fire broke out on the roof of an apartment building in central Israel after an Iranian missile attack in the early morning of June 21," the publication says.

According to the newspaper, the fire was caused by falling fragments of intercepted shells, while there were no casualties as a result of the incident.

Later it became known that the flames were "brought under control", and the apartments in the building were not damaged.
