A woman was killed when a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) struck the village of Korenevo, Kursk region. This was announced on June 17 by the acting head of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.

"Today, a Ukrainian FPV drone attacked a civilian car in the village of Korenevo, Korenevsky district. Unfortunately, as a result of the impact, a woman who was in the car died," Khinstein wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the identity of the deceased is being established. In addition, Khinstein noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the village of Maryino, as a result of which an apartment building was damaged. There are no casualties.
