The American aviation company Boeing, having withdrawn from the Russian market, faced damage. This was announced on June 17 by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting with Sergey Chemezov, head of Rostec State Corporation.

The Head of State asked Chemezov about the condition of Rostec's titanium production.

"Today, of course, our company is loaded, maybe not completely, but nevertheless. We mainly work for our aviation and helicopter companies. But since the Americans have left, our joint venture with Boeing, unfortunately, has been frozen, so volumes have decreased," Chemezov complained.

"I take it that they suffered damage from this withdrawal?", — said Putin. Chemezov agreed, noting that the American representatives of the company had brought a large number of modern machines, and an entire production facility had been set up.

At the same meeting, Chemezov reported to Putin on Rostec's revenue growth of 27% in 2024. According to him, the revenue of the state corporation in 2024 amounted to more than 3 trillion rubles. Net profit increased by 119%, to 131.5 billion rubles.
