Sevastopol reached 8.6 billion rubles of its own revenue in the first quarter of this year: this is already 136% more than in the same period of 2024, Mikhail Razvozhaev said. Private investments exceeded the target of 200 billion rubles, and another 55 billion rubles of extra-budgetary investments are expected this year. Vladimir Putin noted the good growth rates of industrial production and the construction sector in Sevastopol. "I looked at the data, of course, before our meeting. In general, you have industrial production, construction is growing seriously. Industrial production grew significantly in 2024: in the country as a whole, we have more than 4%, and you have more than 18%," the president said.
The Governor of Sevastopol spoke about the growth of investment activity in the wine industry. So, this year 738 million rubles are planned for the laying of vineyards. Several projects are also being implemented, in particular, the Grape Express wine tasting train. First, they get acquainted with drinks on the train itself, and then at the wine farms. Zolotaya Balka is actively developing, with investments amounting to almost 4 billion rubles. The oldest Inkerman plant is being modernized — 4.2 billion investments have already been invested in this project. "Yes, that's right. There's an ancient monastery there. Foreign leaders who came to Moscow for celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War were treated only to Russian wine at the reception, the president said. Mikhail Razvozhaev clarified that the wine "Blanc de Nege", grown in Sevastopol, was presented. "This is a special pride for us," the governor emphasized.
