The lawyers filed a complaint against the election of a preventive measure against the mayor of Krasnoyarsk Vladislav Loginov on charges of accepting a bribe. This was reported to Izvestia on June 17 in the Basmanny District Court of Moscow.

The date of the appeal has not yet been set.

On June 10, the court placed Loginov under arrest until August 4 of this year. The hearing was held behind closed doors. The mayor was charged with two counts of large-scale bribery.

According to investigators, as first deputy and head of Krasnoyarsk in 2018-2024, Loginov received a bribe of more than 180 million rubles from the CEO of a commercial organization in the form of money and the construction of a bathhouse on his land. The reward was intended to ensure the company's victory in competitions for the repair of urban roads.

His office and house, as well as the MCU Department of Roads, Infrastructure and Landscaping, were searched, during which documents related to municipal contracts were seized.

The detention of the mayor of Krasnoyarsk became known on June 9. He was charged with accepting a bribe and a criminal case was opened under Part 6 of Article 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Receiving a bribe on an especially large scale").
