Two teenagers died as a result of the collapse of wet soil in the Bryansk region


Two 15-year-old teenagers died while fishing in a pond in the Dyatkovsky district of the Bryansk region, previously due to a collapse of wet soil. This was reported on June 16 in the investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) for the region.
"The Bezhitsky interdistrict investigative department of the city of Bryansk received a message about the discovery of two 15-year—old boys without signs of life under collapsed sand on the slope of a sand quarry located a few kilometers from the village of Bytosh in the Dyatkovsky district of the Bryansk region," the Telegram channel said.
According to preliminary data, the teenagers dug into the steep slope of a sand quarry. As a result, the wet ground collapsed. It is specified that a criminal case was opened on the fact of the incident on the grounds of part of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence"). Investigators have begun work at the scene of the incident.
On June 15, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Kalmykia reported the beating of a minor by a group of teenagers in the city of Elista. The victim is in intensive care. A criminal case was opened into the beating under article "h" of Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health with the use of weapons or objects used as weapons").
