Erdogan says Israel's future is threatened by attacks on Iran

Israel is endangering its future by attacking Iran, and it may realize its mistake too late. This was announced on June 16 by Turkish President Recep Erdogan.
"Israel, which, with the unlimited support of the West, is attacking Iran, destroying Gaza and intimidating all countries in the region, does not realize what it is doing. Perhaps in the future he will realize his mistake, but we are afraid that by then it will be too late," he said after a meeting of the Turkish cabinet of Ministers, his words are quoted by the Demirören news agency.
According to Erdogan, Israel's attacks on Iran's nuclear facilities have large-scale and insidious goals. He stressed that Turkey has been advocating from the very beginning for discussions on the Islamic Republic's nuclear program to be held at the negotiating table and called on the parties to resolve the issue peacefully.
Earlier in the day, the Iranian Ministry of Health reported 1.8 thousand casualties as a result of Israeli strikes. The head of the department, Mohammad Reza Zafargandi, added that there are 60 women among the victims. He clarified that 35 women and 10 children were killed as a result of the Israeli strikes.
Israel struck Iran on June 13 and declared a state of emergency. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the purpose of the military operation is to strike at Iran's nuclear infrastructure. In response, Iran launched several waves of missile attacks.
