In the coming week, cyclones will continue to determine the weather in Moscow, which will provide daily precipitation and a gradual decrease in temperature. This was announced to Izvestia on June 16 by Tatyana Pozdnyakova, a leading expert at Meteonosti.

"Today we are in an intermediate ridge of increased atmospheric pressure, but tomorrow the next cyclone is approaching, which will bring rains almost every day," the meteorologist explained.

According to her, precipitation will range from light to moderate, with Monday being the only day without rain this week.

At the beginning of the week, the nights will remain warm — the temperature will not drop below +12...+15 degrees. On Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon, the thermometer will show +21...+23 degrees, which corresponds to the climatic norm for this time of year.

However, on Thursday, according to the forecaster, the situation will change.

"After the passage of the cold atmospheric front, the daytime temperature will drop significantly to +17...+19 degrees, which is 2-3 degrees below normal," Pozdnyakova noted.

The cold snap will continue on Friday — the temperature will not rise above +17...+19 degrees, and precipitation will become more prolonged.

The weekend will also not be pleasant with warmth. Saturday is expected to be partly cloudy with some clarifications and light rains. Night temperatures will drop to +7...+12 degrees, daytime temperatures will drop to +12...+17 degrees.

"The north wind and clouds will not allow the air to warm up, so you should not expect stable summer heat in the coming days," the expert concluded.

Earlier, on June 10, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, warned that in the Far Eastern, Southern, North Caucasian and Siberian federal districts of Russia, the highest — fifth — class of fire danger is predicted.
