The Israeli Air Force destroyed a rocket launcher and military personnel who carried out the launches near Tehran. This was announced on June 16 by the press service of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

"As part of the rapid response, the Israeli Air Force detected and destroyed groups launching surface—to—air missiles," the IDF said in a Telegram channel.

They added that the troops had been eliminated and the launcher dismantled.
