A group of Russians evacuated from Iran across the border with Azerbaijan

A group of Russian citizens crossed the state border of Iran and Azerbaijan. This was reported to Izvestia on June 15 by Elina Sidorenko, a member of the Human Rights Council (HRC) under the President of the Russian Federation.

"The Russian delegation is now promptly crossing the border. Food and drinks are organized here, everything is just amazing," she said.

It is reported that comfortable buses were provided for transportation. Russian citizens will travel to Baku within 3-4 hours, after which departure from the airport is planned.
