In the Perm Region, a bridge under repair collapsed onto railway tracks. This was announced on Saturday, June 14, by the press service of the regional directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

"On the afternoon of June 14, near the Shibanovo railway station of the Sverdlovsk Railway, a partial collapse of a part of the structure occurred during repairs on an overpass located on a road bridge over the railway tracks," the department said in a Telegram channel.

As a result of the incident, no one was injured, and restoration work is underway, the Investigative Committee added.

Investigators are investigating all the circumstances of the incident.

In the Kursk region, a bridge collapsed on June 1 during the movement of a freight train. Some of the wagons fell onto the highway under the bridge. A criminal case was opened on this fact.
