Opera singer attacked the crew of the 78 TV channel in St. Petersburg


On June 14, opera singer Grigor Werner attacked a film crew of the 78 TV channel in the Olgino district of St. Petersburg.
Earlier, Werner, along with his friend, was going to come to the theater to see his former lover perform. In the taxi, the man started singing, to which the driver made a remark to him. After that, the actor pulled out a gun and pointed it at the taxi driver. Later, according to eyewitnesses, a conflict broke out between Werner and the artistic director at the theater. Also, the singer attacked the guard, at the same time demonstrating weapons to everyone around him and threatening them.
It is noted that after the incident, the journalists filmed an interview with Werner, said goodbye to him and got into the car. Then the actor approached the car and started hitting the hood and windows, trying to open the door, threatening. According to the TV channel, Werner demanded to interview his mother.
The opera soloist was stopped by local residents, the TV channel staff called the police. A check has been initiated on Werner.
"Today at 13:22, the police received a report that an aggressive man had damaged the car of a film crew of a regional TV channel who had arrived on an editorial assignment at one of the houses on Travyanaya Street in Olgino," the statement on the Telegram channel of the regional headquarters of the Interior Ministry said.
The official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk reported on June 7 that three residents of Novosibirsk attacked journalists of the REN TV channel with sticks. The suspects were taken to the Dzerzhinsky police department, and an inspection was organized against them.
