In the Nizhny Novgorod region, in the city of Dzerzhinsk, officers of the patrol and patrol service (PPS) detained a man who attacked a passerby with a chainsaw. This was reported on June 14 in the press service of the main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

"On Chernyakhovsky Street, a 36-year-old man attacked a passerby with a chainsaw. The victim suffered lacerated hand injuries," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is noted that the violator has now been taken to the police department, and a report for minor hooliganism has also been drawn up. The department clarified that the man had previously been convicted of property crimes.

On June 11, a source from Izvestia reported that a man attacked an ambulance with a bottle in the Presnensky district of Moscow. The Muscovite was detained, he admitted his guilt. A criminal case has been opened into the incident, and the violator has been taken into custody.
