The IRGC told about the main purpose of the Iranian missile attack on Israel

The main target of Iran's missile attack were three air bases in different parts of Israel. This was announced on Friday, June 13, by the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), General Ahmad Vahidi.

"More than 150 targets were planned, and they were hit in stages and with high accuracy," Al Mayadeen newspaper quoted him as saying.

The Israeli Ministry of Defense and military industrial centers were also targeted. In particular, control and electronic warfare centers were located at the air bases where the F-35, F-16 and F-15 fighters were stationed, Vahidi said.

The Jewish State has attacked at least 60 locations in eight provinces of the Islamic Republic from the air.

On the same day, Israel launched a preemptive strike against Iran and declared a state of emergency. In this regard, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that the purpose of the military operation is to strike at Iran's nuclear infrastructure.

Later, Iranian President Masoud Peseshkian stressed that Israel would receive an "appropriate response" for the strikes, which violate international rules.
