When drones (UAVs) strike Three children were injured in the village of Maryino, Rylsky district, Kursk region, by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on June 11 by the acting governor of the region, Alexander Khinshtein.
"The children were immediately examined by doctors after they were taken to the Kursk regional Hospital. Thank God, there are no threats to life and health!" he wrote on the Telegram channel.
He clarified that a 7-year-old girl suffered mine-explosive and closed craniocerebral injuries, as well as shrapnel wounds to her face. Two more children, boys aged 9 and 13, suffered leg injuries and bruises.
In addition, the cultural center, sanatorium and apartments were damaged.
On May 31, Khinstein reported UAV strikes in Rylsk on two five-story buildings, where apartments caught fire. In addition, fires broke out in two buildings and a garage in the Lgovsky district due to drone attacks. The acting governor clarified that among the 16 wounded were two children with mine-blast injuries.
