Mazda Motor Rus will bring 3 thousand Mazda cars to Russia for sale

Mazda Motor Rus company plans to establish centralized deliveries of Mazda cars to Russia and by the end of the year bring about 3 thousand cars of the brand for sale, providing them with its own warranty. These plans were announced at a closed meeting with dealers, <url> Magazine reported on June 10.
Previously, Mazda Motor Rus was the official distributor of the Mazda brand in Russia, but now it operates independently. She plans to bring cars from a Chinese factory and is considering the possibility of Russifying multimedia systems.
At the first stage, the company is going to supply the CX-5 and CX-50 crossovers, later the model range may be expanded with the CX-9 and CX-90. The cars will be guaranteed for 3 years or 150 thousand kilometers, whichever comes first.
It is assumed that cars from Mazda Motor Rus will be more expensive than those that dealers bring on their own from the same factories according to similar schemes. However, experts call VAT and proper customs clearance a plus of such a delivery, which will allow Mazda cars to be leased.
Earlier, on May 30, Maxim Kadakov, editor-in-chief of Za Rulem magazine, denied reports that Toyota was returning to the Russian market. He pointed out that dealers transport cars to the country "in parallel" with the payment of commercial scrap, and also provide a dealer warranty for two years (the manufacturer is not responsible for it).
