Ex-Minister of Health Beglov was detained in Kemerovo region

On Tuesday, June 10, Dmitry Beglov, the former Minister of Health of the region, was detained in Kuzbass.

According to preliminary data, the head of a separate unit in Kemerovo, Medtrade — SRC LLC, handed over a large bribe to a civil servant from January to June 2025. The funds were intended for the conclusion of contracts for the purchase and supply of medical devices, as well as for general patronage.

"The court hearing on the election of a preventive measure is scheduled for 12:00 (08:00 Moscow time. — Ed.)," the source told TASS.

Concrete evidence: The mayor of Krasnoyarsk faces up to 15 years in prison.

Vladislav Loginov was charged with accepting a bribe of more than 180 million rubles.

Earlier, on June 9, the head of the city Vladislav Loginov was detained in Krasnoyarsk. According to Svetlana Petrenko, an official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia, the defendant was charged with accepting a bribe. It was clarified that the office, the house of the defendant and the MCU "Department of Roads, Infrastructure and Landscaping" were searched, during which law enforcement officers seized documents related to municipal contracts.
