A family from the city of Noyabrsk was injured when a car hit a moose in the Tyumen region. This was announced on June 10 by the State Traffic Inspectorate for the Tyumen region in its Telegram channel.

"Last night, on 167 km of the Tyumen–Khanty-Mansiysk federal highway, a Toyota car ran over a moose. Previously, the moose suddenly ran out onto the road, the 49-year—old driver did not have time to react, the animal died," the report said.

As a result of the accident, the driver of the car and his 15-year-old daughter were injured. They received medical assistance, but did not require hospitalization.

At the moment, all the circumstances of the incident are being established.

Earlier, on June 9, one person was killed and one injured when a car collided with a moose near Lipetsk. According to police, a VAZ-2114 car collided with a moose that entered the roadway, after which it slid into a ditch.
