The Moscow Arbitration Court has received a statement from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, which demands almost 38 million rubles from the Voskresensk Plant Mashinostroitel. This was announced on June 8 in a card on the courts' portal.

It follows from the court card that the claims were submitted to the court on June 6, they have not yet been accepted for consideration.

It is noted that the applicant demands to recover 37,926,000 rubles from the defendant.
