The expert considered Ukraine's violation of the exchange agreements unplanned

Kiev's violation of the exchange agreements approved in Istanbul is not a planned step that they could represent as Moscow's fault. Denis Denisov, an expert at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, told Izvestia on June 7.
"The Ukrainian side has not commented on this at all so far. As a result, this is probably not some kind of well-planned step that Ukrainians would later present in the information space as one of the features of this negotiation process or the guilt of the Russian Federation. Well, at least not yet," Denisov said.
According to him, it is necessary to understand what parameters of the exchange were discussed, as well as at what level agreements were formed on the transfer of bodies to Ukraine. Because now the comments of the parties are different.
In addition, he recalled the words of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky after talks in Istanbul, where he stated that he considered it inappropriate to hold further meetings with the Russian Federation. According to Denisov, these actions by the Ukrainian side show their desire to withdraw from the negotiation process with Russia.
Earlier in the day, Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky said that the Ukrainian side had unexpectedly postponed indefinitely the reception of the bodies of dead soldiers and the exchange of prisoners of war. He clarified that Moscow has begun implementing a humanitarian action to transfer more than 6 thousand bodies of dead Ukrainian servicemen to Kiev.
The second round of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine took place on June 2. On the same day, it became known that the memorandum of the Russian side on the settlement of the conflict includes 31 points, including options for a possible ceasefire.
