- The hotel building caught fire as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on Energodar

The hotel building caught fire as a result of an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the satellite city of Zaporizhia NPP Energodar. This was announced on June 6 by the head of the city administration Maxim Pukhov.
"As a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces UAV hit, the hotel building on Stroiteley Avenue caught fire. It is important to emphasize that at the moment the hotel is not in operation, no one has been injured," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
According to Pukhov, emergency workers promptly arrived at the scene and were able to contain the fire. As a result, it was possible to prevent the further spread of the fire — only one room burned down completely.
The Mayor of Energodar thanked the rescuers for their prompt and well-coordinated work and urged residents to be attentive and observe safety measures.
On June 4, the Governor of the Zaporizhia region, Yevgeny Balitsky, reported that as a result of drone attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the power transmission network in the region was damaged. At the same time, the regional administration reported that there was no electricity supply in the region. The authorities called on local residents to cooperate and be vigilant on the roads.
