Water pumping stations connected to emergency power supply in Kherson region


In the Kherson region, specialists have connected water pumping stations to emergency power sources. This was announced on June 5 by Governor Vladimir Saldo.
"Since 05:30 a.m., the specialists of Oblvodokanal have connected the water pumping stations to emergency power sources," he wrote in his Telegram channel.
The supply of drinking and industrial water has been organized for residents of settlements affected by the shutdown. Baldo also clarified that work at the facility is ongoing.
Earlier on June 5, the governor of the Kherson region reported that as a result of the shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, more than 120,000 people living in 192 settlements in seven municipal districts were left without electricity and water.
