US President Donald Trump has ordered an investigation into the state of health of former head of state Joe Biden and the use of a warrant by his assistants to sign documents. The corresponding memorandum was published on the White House website on June 4.

The publication noted that Biden had suffered from severe cognitive impairment for many years, as a result of which his assistants could take advantage of the situation and use autopilots to sign important documents for selfish purposes.

"The vast majority of Biden's executive decisions were signed using a mechanical signature device, often referred to as an autograph, rather than Biden's hand. This was especially true of the decisions taken in the second half of his presidential term, when the decline in his cognitive functions seemed to become even more obvious to those who worked with him most closely," the memorandum says.

Thus, the Prosecutor General will have to check who instructed to use autopilot to sign documents, including the signing of pardon decrees and memoranda. In addition, the investigation should establish whether there were attempts to conceal information about Biden's mental health.
