A woman was injured as a result of an attack by an APU UAV in the Zaporizhia region.

In Melitopol, a woman was injured as a result of an attack by drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This was announced on June 5 by the Governor of the Zaporizhia region, Yevgeny Balitsky.

"As a result of the enemy's attack, a woman born in 1948 was injured. Fragments of the drone smashed the windows of one of the apartments in Melitopol," he said in a message on his Telegram channel.

According to the governor, the victim was hospitalized in the Melitopol regional hospital with multiple shrapnel wounds to her face. There is no threat to life.

By its actions, the "war party" wants to disrupt peace initiatives, experts say.

Balytsky reported on June 4 that as a result of an attack by UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Zaporizhia region, Primorsk, Energodar, Akimovka and part of Melitopol were temporarily de-energized.
