Power supply restored in Kherson and Zaporizhia regions after Ukrainian Armed Forces attacks

Energy supply in the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions has been fully restored after the attacks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the regions. This was announced on June 3 by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.

"Thanks to the well—coordinated work of the power engineers, the electricity supply to all consumers has now been fully restored," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is reported that additional crews from neighboring regions were involved in the restoration work. The Ministry of Energy stressed that the agency continues to coordinate the work of electric power industry enterprises.

"All districts of the Kherson region are powered. The power supply has been restored — all subscribers are on the line, including socially significant facilities," wrote the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, in his Telegram channel.

By its actions, the "war party" wants to disrupt peace initiatives, experts say.

Earlier in the day, the governor of the Zaporizhia region, Yevgeny Balitsky, reported that as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces strikes in the region, 457 settlements and 600 thousand subscribers were temporarily left without electricity. Baldo, in turn, said that more than 100 thousand residents of 150 settlements of the Kherson region were left without electricity as a result of the attack by the UAV of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the territory of the region.
