Electricity supply restored in Melitopol after Ukrainian Armed Forces attacks

The power supply to the city of Melitopol in the Zaporizhia region has been restored after attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the region's electricity grid. This was announced on June 3 by Governor Evgeny Balitsky.
"The electricity supply in Melitopol has been restored," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
In addition, Balitsky added that the city of Berdyansk, as well as Kamensk-Dneprovsky, Kuibyshevsky and Mikhailovsky municipal districts of the Zaporizhia region were connected to the electric grid.
Earlier in the day, the head of the region said that as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on the Zaporizhia region, 457 settlements and 600 thousand subscribers were temporarily left without electricity. Later, Balitsky announced the beginning of a phased connection of de-energized areas to the electric grid.
