Trump has promised to prevent Iran from enriching uranium under the nuclear agreement.

On June 3, US President Donald Trump announced that a potential agreement between Washington and Tehran on the nuclear program would not allow Iran to enrich uranium in any form.

"Autopero (former American President Joe Biden. — Ed.) should have stopped Iran from enriching long ago. Our potential agreement will not allow any enrichment [of uranium in Iran]," Trump wrote on the Truth Social network.

On the same day, the Axios portal, citing sources, reported that the US nuclear deal proposal made to Iran allows for a certain period of time to enrich uranium in a low-level area.
