Air defense forces destroyed 33 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine over three regions of Russia

The Air Defense Forces of the Russian Armed Forces (RF Armed Forces) eliminated 33 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) of the aircraft type over the Kursk, Belgorod and Lipetsk regions from 08:20 to 19:00 Moscow time. This was reported on June 1 in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"From 8:20 to 19:00 Moscow time, 33 Ukrainian aircraft—type unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed and intercepted by air defense systems on duty," the Telegram channel says.

It is specified that 27 drones were eliminated over the territory of the Kursk region, four drones over the Belgorod region and two UAVs over the Lipetsk region.

By its actions, the "war party" wants to disrupt peace initiatives, experts say.

On June 1, the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked airfields in the Murmansk, Irkutsk, Ivanovo, Ryazan and Amur regions using FPV drones. It was clarified that some of the perpetrators of the attacks were detained, there were no casualties among military personnel and civilian personnel of airfields.
