The Russian Defense Ministry announced attacks by the AFU FPV drones on airfields in Russia

The Kiev regime carried out terrorist attacks on airfields in the Murmansk, Irkutsk, Ivanovo, Ryazan and Amur regions using FPV drones, and some of the perpetrators of the attacks were detained. This was announced on June 1 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"Today, the Kiev regime carried out a terrorist attack using FPV drones against airfields in the Murmansk, Irkutsk, Ivanovo, Ryazan and Amur regions," the department's Telegram channel emphasized.

In the Ivanovo and Amur regions, all terrorist attacks on airfields were repelled.

The Ministry of Defense reported that during the attacks of FPV drones on airfields in the Murmansk and Irkutsk regions, several pieces of aviation equipment caught fire from the territory in the immediate vicinity, and the fires have now been eliminated. It is specified that there are no casualties among military personnel and civilian personnel of airfields.

Some participants of these terrorist attacks have been detained.

Earlier in the day, drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine attacked a military unit in the village of Sredny, Irkutsk region. The governor of the region, Igor Kobzev, said that operational services were working at the scene. They also created an operational headquarters.
