Three recovery trains, 200 railway workers and rescue service specialists are working at the scene of the train accident in the Bryansk region. This was announced on June 1 by the press service of the Russian Railways (RZD).

"Special equipment has been sent to the site to assist in dismantling and crushing structures to free the way," the Russian Railways Telegram channel says.

It is specified that for the period of restoration work, train No. 86 will run on a shortened route from Bryansk station, and compensation buses from the cities of Pochep and Unecha will also be launched.

Earlier that day, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that work was underway at the scene of the train accident in the Bryansk region to dismantle bridge fragments and free the railway track from derailed wagons. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, about 180 specialists and 60 pieces of equipment are involved in the elimination of the consequences of the accident.

The collapse of the bridge with cars on it onto the Klimov– Moscow passenger train happened on the evening of May 31. Later, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation reported that the collapse occurred as a result of an explosion. According to the latest data, the death toll is seven people. More than 70 people were injured.
