On Sunday, June 1, law enforcement officers completely blocked traffic near the bridge that collapsed onto a passenger train.

"The road is blocked, no one is allowed through. All the cars that were nearby during the incident were evacuated and sent on their way back," said Gennady Lisenko, a correspondent for Izvestia.

According to him, now it is possible to get to Bryansk only through the Trubchevsky district. No one is allowed near the site of the collapse.

Special equipment is also present at the scene of the tragedy.

The collapse of the bridge with cars on it onto the Klimov – Moscow passenger train occurred on the evening of May 31. According to the press service of the Moscow Railway (MZhD), the collapse occurred due to "illegal interference in the activities of transport." The Moscow Transport Prosecutor's Office has begun an inspection.

According to the latest data, the death toll is seven people. Another 30 people were injured, including two minors. It is also known about the death of the train driver and his assistant.
