The number of preschool-age children hospitalized in Yakutia with symptoms of poisoning has increased to nine people. This was reported on May 30 in the press service of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).

"Medical workers <...> continue to provide necessary medical care to nine injured children, seven of whom are in the infectious diseases department," the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Health says.

It is specified that the general condition of the children is stable, the pupils of the group were taken under medical supervision.

On the morning of May 29, the regional Ministry of Education and Science of Yakutia announced the hospitalization with poisoning symptoms of five pupils of the preschool group of MBOU "Kachikatskaya Secondary School named after S.P. Barashkov." It was clarified that the victims were examined by a pediatrician and were hospitalized in the infectious diseases department.
