Russia has no agreements with other countries on mediation in the exchange of draft memoranda on the Ukrainian settlement. This was announced on May 28 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

She commented on the statement by the US Special Envoy for Ukraine, Keith Kellogg, who noted that he had received a list of conditions for a peace agreement from Kiev and was now waiting for the same document from the Russian side.

"We had no agreements on mediation by the United States or other countries in the exchange of projects," Zakharova is quoted as saying on the ministry's Telegram channel.

In addition, the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted that the Russian Federation does not know what and to whom the Ukrainian side has transferred.

Earlier in the day, Russian Presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky invited Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov to meet to exchange memoranda. According to Medinsky, Moscow is ready for a "meaningful" discussion of an agreement to end the Ukrainian conflict.
