Demand for daily rent of apartments increased in Russia

In Russia, there is a demand for daily rentals for the summer of 2025, as "Izvestia" was told in the housing reservation services.

Most often, apartments were rented for a day in the south of the country.

For example, according to "Avito.Travel", 65% more apartments with daily rent were booked for the summer than for June-August last year. In the segment of such rent this year increased demand not only for apartments, but also for country houses and cottages: this year they are booked 2.4 times more often, added in the service.

According to "Cian.Analytica", Russians booked for summer in 2025 by 15% more apartments for rent than in the same period last year. According to OneTwoTrip travel planning service, the number of daily apartments booked for the summer increased by 16%, and the number of country houses - by a third compared to 2024.

The most popular destinations, according to the data of accommodation booking services, are Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad Region, Krasnodar Territory and Crimea.

Also, increased booking rates are registered in the destinations that in recent years have experienced a significant increase in popularity, but do not have a sufficient number of classified accommodation facilities to cover the demand, noted in "Ostrovka". For example, these include the Sakhalin region, Khabarovsk Krai, Buryatia and the Amur region.
