In the Leningrad region, a volunteer aid headquarters was set on fire.

A volunteer headquarters with humanitarian aid for participants in a special military operation and residents of the Kursk region was set on fire in the Leningrad region. This was announced on May 25 by a source of Izvestia.
According to the source, the building was completely burned out. Inside it were camouflage nets, medical supplies, and clothes for children in the Kursk region. As noted by the head of the headquarters of the "We are Together" volunteers, Tatiana Gadadina, the arson was committed by a local resident.
"A local resident came to the headquarters, somehow broke down the door, opened it. Then I went to the store, bought ignition bottles and lighters, and came (to the headquarters. — Ed.) and set fire to the humanitarian aid warehouse. We just have a large room <...>. But it was the warehouse where the equipment was stored, where the summer clothes were stored, that was set on fire. And the most insulting thing for me is that we have been preparing for a trip to the Kursk region for a very long time," she said.
According to Gadadina, for three years she was threatened and demanded to stop her social activities. It is specified that as a result of investigative measures, the attacker was detained in hot pursuit. During the interrogation, he confessed that he had a personal dislike for Gugadina.
"I sincerely thank the police officers and the investigative committee from the bottom of my heart for their prompt work! We won't stop — it won't stop us. We will continue to volunteer, and our headquarters will continue to help our fellow countrymen and soldiers in the SVO zone," she said.
Earlier, on March 27, it was reported how residents of Moscow were helping military personnel and civilians in the border areas. Some people create their own volunteer associations specifically for this purpose.
