The Russian Armed Forces have struck at Ukrainian military-industrial complex enterprises

The Russian army has attacked the enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), which produced drones. This was announced on May 25 by the Russian Defense Ministry.

"The armed forces of the Russian Federation have inflicted a massive strike with precision weapons of sea, air, land-based and unmanned aerial vehicles on enterprises of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine," the statement said.

In addition, Russian military personnel also hit the enemy's electronic intelligence and satellite communications centers. It is specified that all the objectives of the strike have been achieved.

The ministry also noted that the Vostok group of forces destroyed the manpower and equipment of the Ukrainian brigades in the areas of the settlements of Otradnoye, Zelenoe Pole, Novopol of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), as well as Gulyai-Pole and Chervonoye of the Zaporizhia region.

The Defense Ministry added that the air defense forces shot down 274 enemy drones and four HIMARS multiple rocket launchers.

After capturing the village, Russian units repulsed four enemy counterattacks.

On May 24, the Russian army liberated the localities of Loknya in the Sumy region, Stupochki and Otradnoye in the DPR. On the same day, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation published footage of the combat work of units of the Vostok group of forces during the liberation of Otradnoye.
