"A kindergarten with 200 beds will be built nearby <...> and a polyclinic in a neighboring complex," said Vladimir Sergeev, Deputy director for construction of the facility.

According to him, the work began in March last year. The residential complex, consisting of 10 houses, will be commissioned, as planned, by October 2026. The tallest of the buildings will have 23 floors, Sergeyev added.
